These Terms and Conditions apply to the guichetgpt.com online home service platform. The platform belongs to GuichetGPT EU Sarl-S and is accessible via guichetgpt.com. GuichetGPT is a human-centered virtual gateway connecting clients with vetted task providers in Luxembourg.

1. Definitions

Service Provider: Independent companies or individuals providing services through the platform.
Customer: Any person or entity ordering services via guichetgpt.com.
After-Service Report: A document outlining the work details, time spent, and issues noted, submitted by the Provider after a session.

2. Marketplace Model

GuichetGPT is a technology company, not a direct service provider. The contract for service is strictly between the Customer and the Service Provider. By using this platform, you agree to indemnify GuichetGPT against claims arising from a Provider's actions or omissions.

3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied, you must submit a complaint to support@guichetgpt.com within 24 hours of the service, including photos of the neglected areas. Justified complaints may be eligible for a refund, discount, or a free correction session (must be scheduled within 3 days). We reserve the right to reject complaints if the customer reduced the recommended service duration.

4. Appointments & Duration

• Minimum Duration: 2 hours. Completed jobs under 2 hours will still be charged for the full 2-hour minimum.
• Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule based on provider availability or illness.
• Billing: Transparent pricing; charges occur for every started 30-minute block.

5. Breakages & Damage

Service Providers are responsible for damage resulting from their direct actions. However, we are not responsible for "booby traps" (hazardous/unstable situations). Customers are advised to remove fragile or unstable items from work areas. GuichetGPT is not liable for theft or loss of items left unattended.

6. Health, Safety & Pets

Providers will not handle human/animal waste, bodily fluids, or work in hazardous/infected environments. Regarding Pets: Customers must secure any pet that may pose a threat or escape. Providers are not responsible for pet loss or injury if left unsecured. Any attack on a provider will be reported to law enforcement.

7. Non-Circumvention (Opt-Out)

To cooperate directly with a Service Provider outside the platform, a connection fee of €1,000 for the Customer and €500 for the Provider is required. Payment must be made within 5 working days before starting direct engagement.

8. Overdue Payments

Invoices are due by the end of the month. If a payment is overdue by more than 30 days, GuichetGPT reserves the right to share contact details with the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform and legal counsel for debt collection.

9. Marketing & Subscription

By booking, you consent to receive electronic communications (updates, promotions, tips). You may unsubscribe at any time via support@guichetgpt.com. Subscriptions for regular services offer fixed, discounted rates; however, pausing for more than 30 days will deactivate the subscription and previous rates.
